Technofast offers a range of hydraulic pumps to suit various tensioning and lifting jobs, all supplied fully assembled and tested ready for operation. A specialised design service is available for pumping systems requiring specific component materials or unique site requirements. Air-driven models use a high-quality pump mechanism to generate pressure, while the electric range is controlled by a 240 V single-phase motor. For operation in restricted spaces or at a safe distance, certain models are equipped with a 5-metre remote pendant, and double-acting models provide the functionality to both extend and retract cylinders for lifting and clamping systems. The air pumps are PU-AH2000H-S (2,000 bar, 4 L reservoir), PU-AH2000H (2,000 bar, 8 L), PU-AH2500H (2,500 bar, 8 L), PU-AH4000H (4,000 bar, 8 L) and PU-AH2000M (2,000 bar, 25 L), each fitted with one female coupler, a gauge, stainless steel oil tanks and air components, and a powder-coated roll cage. The electric PU-EH2000SC delivers 200 bar first stage and 2,000 bar second stage at 0.1–2.0 L/min from a 7 L reservoir, with a female coupler, gauge, stainless steel roll cage and 5 m remote pendant. A hydraulic pressure gauge, relief valve, outlet coupling, air pressure regulator and air flow valve are integrated, along with inline lubrication and safety relief.
