Pre-Assembled Hydraulic Hoses

Engineered for demanding conditions in mining, construction and heavy engineering, these pre-assembled hydraulic hoses are supplied fully assembled and pressure-tested for immediate operation, providing secure high-pressure connections between pumping units and tensioning tools. Three configurations are offered. Link hoses (PU-HG…L) carry one male and one female CEJN coupler for closing a loop; inter-connect hoses (PU-HG…) carry two female couplers for joining tools; and T-blocked hoses (PU-HG…TB) carry one male and two female couplers to feed multiple tools from the pump. Standard lengths are 0.9, 1.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 and 8.0 m, all rated to 1,500 bar maximum working pressure and 3,000 bar minimum burst pressure with a 130 mm minimum bend radius. High-quality CEJN fittings ensure leak-free performance and easy connection in tough industrial environments, and longer lengths or higher-pressure hoses can be manufactured to order. Multi-tool setups can be arranged as a daisy chain, a 5-way manifold or a T-block layout.
