The Janus Power Centre integrates the high-pressure pump and energy recovery device (ERD) in a single unit for RO desalination. Eight frame sizes from PC3 to PC500 cover 3 to 1000 m³/day from one motor/pump assembly, eliminating pressure exchangers, booster pumps and high-pressure pipework for best-in-class energy consumption as low as 2 kW per m³ of permeate. All wetted parts are machined from Duplex 2205 wrought bar, and flow is proportional to shaft speed so no flow instrumentation is needed.
